Caerus Oil and Gas LLC is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of conventional natural gas and liquids in North America.  Caerus’ principal reserves and producing properties are located in Greater Green River Basin (Wyoming); San Juan Basin (NM), Central Kansas Uplift (KS) and the Denver Julesburg Basin (CO).  Caerus was founded in 2009 and is privately owned and operated.
